Four Stasis Questions
1. did it happen?
      my issue is about the school system and how it is affecting the students ability to be in school. also, how the students are feeling about having to be in classes where the attention that they need are not being met by the teachers.
2. what kind of event is it?
     the kind of event is that the overcrowding is having a great impact on how the students are preforming in the classes.
3. how serious?
     this issue is very serious because a lot of students are just giving up because they don't get the help that they need. parents are also concerned because they have smaller children in school and are afraid that if they don't get the right help they will not do good in school.
4. what should be done?
     even if the economy is going downhill, education should not be effected because it is not the students fault.

Disagreements
The point in where disagreement might begin is that when students go to college, they will be in better class sizes. it is up to the student to go to there teacher whenever they can and ask for the help that they need. if the student needs help they need to go out there way and get the help they need and not blame it on the teacher.
 Theoretical Question
there's a disagreement because some people might not care about the education system also because they might not see that its hurting the students. if the students need help then they'll ask for the help.
Practical Question
this might be that its the governments decision. if they don't have the money then they can not do anything about it. they can not just magically appear with the right amount of money needed for all the schools. it is impossible.
